DIRECTOR, MANAGEMENT, FLUTE

I grew up in northern Spain and studied flute and cultural management at the Barcelona University and the Oviedo, Helsinki and Vienna conservatories. Along the way, I discovered that what I loved most was not only performing but also creating - and helping others create - meaningful artistic projects.

For the past ten years, I’ve worked internationally in the arts, culture and education sectors, teaching music, playing in orchestras and collaborating with artists and cultural organisations. Through my studies in sustainable, accessible and inclusive cultural management, I gained a deep understanding of the real needs of the music and cultural sectors.

Yoga, qigong, and meditation are a vital part of my daily life. For over eight years, I’ve been learning from international teachers, embracing their physical and mental benefits and sharing them with fellow musicians.

Since 2025, I have been a co-opted Board Member of the European Flute Council, where I collaborate on projects that bring fresh ideas and new energy to the flute community across Europe. I am currently a PhD candidate in Musicology at KU Leuven.
